I'm Tom Sheppard. I've built five businesses from scratch — not one of them started with a marketing degree, a tech team, or a business plan that survived first contact with reality.
They started with hard work, relationships, and figuring things out as I went. I know what it's like to be on a job and hear your phone ring — knowing it's probably a new customer, knowing you can't answer, knowing they'll call someone else.
