No. Month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days notice. The only commitment is the one-off £499 setup fee.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Start with Get Found, move to Get Booked when you're ready, then Get Sorted when you want books handled. Upgrade takes effect immediately.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. The monthly fee covers everything listed in your tier. The only additional cost would be if you need custom development beyond the standard package.

What if I already have a website?

We can work with your existing site or build you a new one. Most clients prefer a fresh build because ours are designed specifically to convert visitors into bookings.

Do I need my own Xero account for bookkeeping?

Yes — Xero starts from £2/mo for their Starter plan. We'll help you set it up during onboarding if you don't already have one.
